FAIR Cannabis is an advocacy group made up of experienced cannabis activists who have been fighting on the frontlines of cannabis law reform for decades.
We believe Canada's current cannabis laws and regulations are unnecessarily hurting cannabis consumers and providers, and need to be changed to be more fair for everyone!
FAIR Cannabis - the Campaign for Fairness in Cannabis Laws and Regulations - is an organization focused on promoting cannabis fairness, freedom, justice and equality in Canada.
Though Canada has "legalized" cannabis, there are unfortunately many parts of the legal system that continue to harm Canadians and the cannabis industry as a whole.
FAIR Cannabis has designed this website to call attention to those issues, and to help encourge governments on all levels to make changes that benefit all Canadians.
